All standard card & vow book orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with these shipping timeframes:

To CANADA: 2-10 business days via regular mail, not tracked
To USA: 1-3 weeks via USPS tracked packet

The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays can happen. Business days are counted Monday-Friday, except bank holidays.

Shipping upgrades are also available at checkout to speed up your delivery.

If you need your order by a certain date (for example, for your engagement party or on your wedding day), I strongly encourage you to purchase a shipping upgrade.

Your order delivery time is based on your chosen shipping method and the item's processing times.

FOR CARDS + BOOKS + STICKERS:
These typically take 1-3 business days in processing PLUS shipping time: 2-10 business days to Canada, or 1-3 weeks to the US.

FOR BELLY BANDS + MENUS:
These typically take 3-5 business days in processing PLUS shipping time: 2-3 business days within Canada or 3-5 business days to the US.

FOR THANK YOU/SAVE THE DATE CARDS:
These typically take 1-2 weeks in processing PLUS shipping time: 2-3 business days within Canada or 3-5 business days to the US.

If you opt for a quicker shipping method (paid upgrade), delivery time will be reduced accordingly, but it will not likely affect processing time.

If your order is going to the US, you will be provided a tracking number on all orders. I will contact you once your order has shipped and your tracking number will be available on your Purchases page here on Etsy.

If your order is going to Canada, please be sure to check the listing to see if tracking is included. Tracking is NOT included on standard folded foil cards, vow books or stickers. All other orders will receive tracking information once that is available.

I know it's super frustrating when your order doesn't arrive when expected. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks, but they can sometimes be delayed with the post office. If you have not received your order within 15 business days (Monday-Friday) of shipping, there are a few things you can do:

1. Check the address on your order. If it's incorrect, please let me know!
2. Check your mailbox, as it should arrive with your regular mail.
3. Ask around with anyone else who collects mail at your address — they may have picked it up by accident.

If you aren't able to track it down, please let me know and I will do what I can to resolve the issue.

Colours may not appear exactly as they are due to variance in your computer monitor settings. This applies to coloured envelopes as well as foil finishes. Please also note that all foils are reflective in nature and may vary in appearance based on lighting and other colours in the room.

Belly bands, stickers, menus, save the dates, and vellum thank you cards are custom products that require your personal details. Once I receive this info from you, you will receive a digital proof. Your items will only enter my production queue once you approve the proof.

DIGITAL PROOFS
Your digital proofs are designed to allow you to preview your items before production. Once you receive your proofs, please check that all your details are correct, including all names, dates and any additional wording. If there are errors on your proof, please let me know and I will make changes and re-send your proof. Any errors on approved proofs are your responsibility.

NOTE: The above does not apply to standard foil cards.
